Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We currently accept payments via Paypal and all major credit cards.
Q. Can you put "X" item on hold for me?
A. CL Skate does not hold items from sale on our online store.
Q. Does CL Skate ship internationally?
A. Yes and no. CL Skate currently ships to The United States and it's territories, and Canada.
Q. What shipping carrier will my order be shipped with?
A. CL Skate generally ships using Fedex. All orders of $69.99 or more will be shipped Fedex ground at no cost. On occasion, some orders will be shipped using The United States Parcel Service. All shipments (Free or paid, Fedex or USPS) will be provided with a tracking number.
Q. How long until I receive my order?
A. All orders recieved before 3PM PST will begin processing on that day. CL Skate asks that all customers allow a 24-48 hour processing window for your payment to be completed, and your order to be made ready for shipping. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number provided by the shipping carrier to let you know where your package is, and when it's estimated date of arrival is.
Q. Does CL Skate pay for return shipping?
A. No, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Q. What about customs and other international fees?
A. CL Skate is not responsible for any customs or duties fees. International customers are required to pay these fees.
